I’m a Senior Product Designer with 15+ years of experience working on monetization, checkout, messaging, and account experiences. I enjoy turning messy, complex problems into simple, thoughtful solutions that actually help real people.
I work closely with my triad to understand what we’re building and why, asking lots of questions along the way. From early discovery and brainstorming to shipping and iteration, I like being involved in every step of the process.
I also lead regular dogfooding workshops where we walk through our own products, uncover bugs, explore new ideas, and brainstorm features. Those sessions often turn into roadmap tickets and help shape what we build next. I’m known as a problem solver who’s curious by nature, collaborative by default, and always focused on creating intuitive experiences that make an impact.

Senior Product Designer — Trader Interactive
March 2023 – Present
• Lead product designer for the MyT Account Center, leading design, functionality, and key product decisions from discovery through launch. Delivered the experience within 6 months, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive core initiatives, resulting in increased CSAT and overall customer satisfaction post-release.
• Led end-to-end design for a new Sell Landing Page across 8 marketplaces, delivering the experience ahead of schedule (2.5 months) and driving a 35% increase in entry points, significantly improving top-of-funnel engagement.
• Designed and launched the CycleTrader Multi-Lead Modal, generating 273 additional user clicks in the first three months. Success of the experiment led to rollout across RVTrader and Boatmart, expanding impact across multiple brands.
• Partnered closely with Product and Engineering to migrate MyT Messages to NUX, delivering a redesigned V1 that improved usability while strengthening system security and performance.
• Collaborated with designers and PMs to successfully deliver the Repackaging initiative within 1 month deadline, aligning with roadmap priorities and reducing delivery risk across teams.
• Introduced a design review checkpoint within QA, helping improve cross-functional quality standards and projecting a 20–30% reduction in Jira bug resolution time, saving meaningful rework costs.
• Drive discovery through customer feedback, NPS insights, usability testing, and analytics—turning research into product direction across monetization, checkout, messaging, and account experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Leadership to uncover problems, brainstorm new ideas, shape features, and align on success metrics, balancing priorities and tradeoffs to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions that support both customer needs and business goals.

Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time outdoors. Traveling gives me new perspectives, exposes me to different cultures, and reminds me to slow down and live in the moment. I’m also drawn to interior design and photography, which let me explore creativity in different ways and influence how I see composition, space, and storytelling.
