Form Builder Project Objective
Redesign and extend our internal Webit platform by introducing a flexible form-building tool and form module. This solution empowers the design team, and ultimately our clients, to quickly create, customize, and embed forms on websites while capturing and storing submissions directly within the platform. By consolidating form creation and submission management, we improved efficiency, reduced reliance on the legacy custom solution, and streamlined the process of building functional, client-ready websites.
Invoice/Quotes Tool
Developed an invoicing and quoting system within the Webit builder to provide service-focused businesses with an integrated business tool. This solution enables clients to create, edit, and send quotes directly from the platform while giving their customers a seamless experience to review, respond, and pay invoices via dedicated response and payment pages. By streamlining the quoting and payment workflow, the tool reduces manual follow-ups, accelerates revenue collection, and adds measurable business value to the platform.
Designed and developed end-to-end tools within the Webit builder, owning the full user experience from backend to frontend. I built a form-building module that allows clients and the design team to create, customize, and embed forms on websites, while storing submissions in the platform for easy access. In parallel, I created an invoicing and quoting system to empower service-focused businesses to generate, edit, and send quotes directly from the platform. Customers can seamlessly respond and pay via dedicated response and payment pages.
By aligning the backend functionality with the frontend experience, every action a client takes, whether creating a form or sending a quote, reflects immediately in the user-facing interface. This approach ensures consistency, reduces friction, and enables a fully integrated, end-to-end workflow.
Website builder
The goal of this project was to create a flexible website builder that empowers our design team to build websites faster and more creatively, while also enabling clients to make simple updates themselves. By streamlining the website creation process, we increased efficiency for the team, reduced production time, and ultimately contributed to revenue growth.
To ensure the tool met real needs, I conducted extensive research and facilitated workshops with designers to understand their pain points and gather feedback on features that could make their day-to-day work easier. The builder was designed to balance speed, flexibility, and usability—allowing designers to produce high-quality websites quickly while giving clients a user-friendly interface to manage content on their own.
Results & Impact
